About Me

Hi, I'm Ahmed Madani, an Information Systems student at The Ohio State University, deeply fascinated by the convergence of technology and user-centric design at innovative platforms like GitHub. My background is a tapestry of diverse experiences, from my family's bold migration from Sudan to the US to my own foray into the tech world, driven by a vision to create tools that enhance collaboration and break new ground in open-source communities. Aspiring to be at the forefront of Product Design, I am keen to contribute to a mission of changing the world one step at a time, crafting intuitive experiences that empower developers to build and innovate together seamlessly.

Courses and Programming Languages

In pursuit of a career in Product Design, my academic journey at The Ohio State University has been marked by strategic coursework. I've honed my technical acumen in Software Development & Design, paired with analytical rigor through studies in Discrete Mathematics and Linear Algebra. My comprehension of Data Structures & Algorithms, powered by Java, informs my approach to crafting seamless and scalable user experiences. Complementing these technical foundations are my forays into Business Strategy & Optimization and Marketing, enabling me to envision products that are not only user-centric but also commercially viable. The capstone of my learning is in Product Design & Management, where the principles of agile development and user engagement converge, equipping me to navigate the full spectrum of product development with a balance of precision and creativity.
